1-Year Warranty
All Whispers of Spring jewellery includes a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Covered
The warranty covers:
* Manufacturing defects under normal use
Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
* Accidental damage
* Misuse or improper care
* Scratches
* Loss or theft
* Normal wear and tear
* Damage caused by exposure to perfume, lotions, chemicals, or other substances
* Damage caused by repairs or alterations made by anyone other than Whispers of Spring
If you experience an issue with your jewellery, please contact us with:
* Your order number or proof of purchase
* Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
* A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and advise whether the issue is covered under the warranty. If approved, we may repair or replace the item at our discretion. Replacement items are subject to availability.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer refunds.
We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges can be processed either online or at our physical stores.
Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange:
* The item must be unused and in its original condition.
* Original packaging, tags, and any included accessories must be included.
* Proof of purchase is required.
* The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
* Personalised, engraved, customised, sale, clearance, and hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for exchange unless they are faulty.
For online purchases, please contact us before sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item was sent.
For in-store exchanges, please visit one of our physical stores with your item and proof of purchase.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you choose an item of higher value, the price difference will apply. If you choose an item of lower value, the difference will not be refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Delivery
We offer free delivery within the UAE on orders of AED 300 or more.
Delivery charges may apply to orders below AED 300. Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, weekends, public holidays, and circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery or tracking information where available. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct. Whispers of Spring is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If an order arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and item.
